publication of balance-sheet and quarterly figures for Intertainment
Ismaning near Munich, June 16, 2003 - Intertainment AG is postponing the publication of its annual financial
statements for 2002 and its Interim Report for the first quarter of 2003 for three weeks. The reason for the
postponement is a final assessment of facts that may exert a significant influence on balance-sheet items and statements
in the annual financial statements.
