postpones publication of balance-sheet figures
Ismaning near Munich, April 30, 2003 - Intertainment AG is postponing the publication of its financial statements for 2002 by up to four weeks. The reason for the postponement is that it is not yet possible to undertake a definitive assessment of facts that may exert a significant influence on balance-sheet items and statements contained in the annual financial statements. Intertainment had originally planned to publish the figures for fiscal year 2002 on April 30.
The balance sheet press conference scheduled by Intertainment for Friday May 2, has also been postponed.
