Stephen Brown takes up position on the Intertainment AG Board of Management
Munich, 14 November 2000 - Stephen Brown, 39, was elected to the Board of Management
of Intertainment AG, Munich, with effect from the fourth quarter of 2000. Brown
has already been president of USA-Intertainment, Inc., a subsidiary of the Munich
media group listed on the Neuer Markt, since May 2000. Brown will be responsible
for the Business Development division and thus succeeds Andreas Diga who is
leaving the company. Prior to joining Intertainment, Brown was President of
Production at Kopelson Entertainment, Los Angeles, and was jointly responsible
in the capacity of Executive- and Co-Producer for numerous cinema hits including,
among others, "Seven" with Brad Pitt, "Eraser" with Arnold Schwarzenegger, "Outbreak"
with Dustin Hoffman and "The Fugitive" with Harrison Ford.
In addition to his new position on the Intertainment AG Board of Management,
Brown will continue to manage the Intertainment office in Los Angeles. In the
past Brown produced very successful films for more than ten years alongside
Anne and Arnold Kopelson. Chairman of the Board of Management, Rüdiger Baeres,

Stephen Brown - curriculum vitae:
Stephen Brown was born in Los Angeles. Following completion of his university
course in economics and history at UCLA, he worked for several years as Vice
President of a New York financial communications company. In 1989 Brown moved
to Kopelson Entertainment as Vice President. Following his appointment as Executive
Vice President in 1991, he was promoted to President of Production in 1995.
In May 2000 Stephen Brown moved to USA-Intertainment, Inc. where he manages
the Los Angeles office in the capacity of President. As from the fourth quarter
of 2000 Brown, in addition, is responsibile for the Business Development division
on the Intertainment AG Board of Management.
