Dr. Matthias Heisse new Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Munich, May 15, 2006 - The Supervisory Board of Intertainment AG, Munich, has elected Dr. Matthias Heisse as the new Chairman. Dr. Heisse was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Intertainment from 1998 until October 2004. Since then, he has been Deputy Chairman.
Dr. Ernst Pechtl has taken over Dr. Heisse's previous position of Deputy Chairman. Dr. Pechtl was appointed as new Member of the Supervisory Board of Intertainment AG by the Munich Local Court (Amtsgericht München). Dr. Pechtl was a member of the Supervisory Board from December 2000 until September 2003.
The personnel changes on the Supervisory Board were necessary because the previous Chairman, Rüdiger Baeres, resigned from his office for personal reasons in March of this year.
