Judgment of first instance in subsequent proceeding for documentary evidence
Munich, March 24, 2006 -In the context of the proceeding for documentary evidence filed by Hypo Vereinsbank AG against Intertainment AG and Intertainment Licensing GmbH relating to payment of 10 million euros, the presiding judge in the Munich State Court I (Landgericht München I) has now handed down the judgment in the subsequent proceeding for documentary evidence. In this judgment, she confirmed her provisional judgment rendered on December 22, 2005 and declared this judgment to be without reservation. It is possible to lodge an appeal against this judgment.
