Another hearing in the arbitration proceeding against Comerica Bank
Munich, March 3, 2006 - In the context of the arbitration proceeding presently being conducted in the USA between Intertainment Licensing GmbH, Munich and Comerica Bank, a further hearing was held with all parties and the arbitrators. Final decisions still have to be made by the arbitrators on the issues discussed at the meeting. However, the arbitrators tentatively set the start date for the oral hearing for January 9, 2007.
